Nose: Dates, plums, brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts.

Palate: Raspberry dark chocolate, fig newton cookies, plums, occasionally molasses. Rich and PACKED with flavor.

Finish: Cocoa nibs, blackberries, gently tannic. Long and delicious.

Overall: Just a TON of flavors packed into this pour. Deep, rich and dried fruits indeed. I will mourn this bottle deeply when it’s gone!
